Ballast went out.. how to replace

Ballast went out.. how to replace

do i just need to buy a new one for a sedan.. the bulbs work so it has to be the ballast.. pop out and in?

Remove the head light and unscrew the ballast from the bottom of the light assembly. Simple to do, a bit of a pain to get the light out.

not sure about the sedan, but on my old Coupe, I had to remove the bumper as well to get to the lower bolt under the headlight.

Removing the ballast itself is quite easy to do.

and ballasts can be found here and also on my350z for pretty cheap, rather than getting a replacement from the dealership
