Did I blow a fuse?

I was replacing my door lights today and when I went to take out the old bulb on the second door, I hear this whine noise for like 1 second. I thought it was the window function, but it wasn't. Now my door lights and dome lights don't work. Even when i try to manually turn on the dome light by pushing it, it doesn't work.

Did I blow a fuse? What do you think happened?

Thanks, i replaced all the fuses with a spare and it still didn't work. Then I disconnected the battery, and that worked. Someone should make a sticky with issues like this. I searched and there are tons of people with the problems and on the 20th page I found some advice that worked.
