No problem on the shrouds, glad you did it before me so I could see how it turned out. I know how hard it is to aim them correctly, and there isn't much you can do about the rotate on the driver's side, but since you mounted them in a way that allows you to adjust the horrizontal position, then you should be able to get them aligned better without taking them apart again. Just remove the bumper and start adjusting them using the 3 bolts on the back

actually i don't think it is possible to adjust the rotation of the horizontal cutoff line without opening the headlights. The only way to adjust it is to mess with the sheilds. The 3 bolts only allow for left/right and up/down.

Feel free to PM me with any questions. IvoryGT and Redlude97 are also great references for projector retrofit.
Everyone else, thanks for the comments.

I wasn't referring to the rotational adjustment I know that isn't adjustable without opening the headlights, I was talking about the left to right adjustment. I think your driver's side headlight is pointed too far to the left. The steps appear to be too far apart at that distance. An easy way to check if the lights are pointed directly ahead is to drive towards a wall with the projectors on, and see if the cutoff steps move close together or not

Pictures of cutoffs on the wall as promised.
Question for the lighting guru's, if you look at the pictures with the the fogs and headlights, you'll notice that the fog are a lot bright than the headlights. at first i thought the bulbs were bad. So i switch the bulbs from the fog to the headlights and i still get the same results. So that leads me to either the ballast for the headlights are bad or the lens aren't really that great. The ballast on both headlights are my original ones and the ones on the fogs are extra ones i bought. Do you guys think it could be the ballast? or lens? or something else?

the fogs appear brighter because the light from the lowbeams are stacking on top of the foglight output, making it appear brighter. If you turn off your fogs you'll see what I'm talking about. The top projectors look pretty well aim althoughI think they are still too far apart, but that bottom driver's side projector is severly rotated

BUMP...cuz IvoryGT and WRAH did it.
And also some updates.
Decided to fix the messed up cutoff on the fog lights and repaint the shroud yet again. No pictures of the new cutoff, but it's much better now. Trust me.
New pictures of the shroud. Hai, I decided to take your advice and paint the shroud to show the projectors more.
I'm not good at color matching, but its good enough for me.
