Well... one of my lenses shakes alot while driving. If I am listening to my music loud, the cutoff will bounce up and down to the beat... its sounds hella ghetto, but thats how it is. Half the time I am driving, my left projector is flickering like crazy. The right one doesn't do it much at all. BTW, I am colormodded.

I have spoken to many people about this issue and it seems like the shield is so weak now that I am having all these problems. I choose to leave my modifier nameless.

So the headlights you have right now are they orig. or custom ones?.

Also does anybody know about if you go from the 03" to 05" headlights to the Bi xenon's does the high beam controls and functions work without switching anything else?

I'm not sure if the lense swap will fix the shaking issue. If I guess correctly who your modifier is, it was probably one of his earlier colormodded projectors and he left out the spacer/shield guide that sits in the middle between the projector halves. installing this modified piece will fix the shaking you experience

Well... I have sent them back 2 times to fix the issue and it was never fixed. I think he was aware of the problem after my issues the first time. However, after 2 attempts, the issue was never fixed. There is no way I can live with that issue so I am going back to stock 07 projectors, regardless of the diminished output/cutoff.

I did try addressing the issue in every way I know how. It seems though that your lights are the only ones sent back to me due to this issue multiple times. Can't really tell you why but I can tell you that I have devised other ways to mod the projector without touching the shield from now on.

No, not flickering, shaking. There are issues with modifying the g35/fx projectors which are difficult to fix correctly. I personally have never had this problem, but it seems like a few others have

I did observe some shaking in some of the projectors and some worse than others. It appears that the shield will shake to a certain extent regardless of it being modded or not. It's much more obvious when the cutoff is extremely sharp. But like I said, I mod the projectors without touching the shield now.

You can reuse your old ballasts

Is there a lot of wiring and harness changes need to be made or its simple bolt on. And is there an alignment problem with the lights, heard it sprays out the light everywhere rather then in one direction. Has anyone successfully changed them form 03/04 to 06/07

Really, you need to search, this topic has been covered at least 50 times over the past year

Please experience all the shaking issues and then stand behind your statement. I feel like I am driving around with strobe lights as my headlights.

As Redlude has mentioned, this topic has been beaten to death.

There are no wire harness changes needed between lights. All you must do is remove your stock lights and replace them with your new ones. Its the same wire harness.

If you do not have ballasts on the new lights, it is simple to remove them from your old lights and transfer them over. All you are doing is removing the ballasts which are held in place by 3 screws. Then, you undo a harness clip, and remove a ground wire with a screw. You reverse the procedure when installing them on your new lights.

As for headlight/bumper removal, Triji started a very very good DIY regarding the matter. Please do a search for that DIY.

As for the light output, if anything, projectors offer a less scattered and more directional output.
