I need to change the light bulb that illuminated my cigarette plug? or jack?

i think dealer is asking for 75 bucks for it or something. has anyone replaced it? it looks really cheap how that light is out.

Why don't you try fixing it yourself? I'm not sure if you can replace the bulb or if you have to replace the whole harness. I've never really paid any attention to it when i take my dash apart. it's fairly simple to get to...

This should be the bulb in the key ring and probably the 12v outlet ring as well. http://autolumination.com/74.htm

 

Oh...the outlet jack...just scroll through the pages on that site..just make sure you click on the correct "next" button or "previous" button on the bottom of the page. It's unusual how they place two "next" buttons fairly close to each other, the other "next" button is for a completely different car or topic. You'll see what i mean.
