Fog light bulbs that last?

Can anyone recommend a fog light bulb that lasts a long time? I'm constantly replacing these... I've been buying silverstars, so looking to switch to something else. Looked at luminics, but people say they don't last either. Most reviews are posted right after install, too - so they don't really talk about how long they last.

I'm looking for something in a pure white, to match 06 coupe stock projectors.

TIA

I have ran Luminics JDM yellows for about a year with no problems.

I have used both MTEC super whites and MTEC cosmos white bulbs.
The super whites I had in for over two years, and still worked when I replaced them with the cosmos whites.

As far as matching the projectors, I'm not sure my coupe has the reflector HID....

+1 for MTEC

I've had MTEC on my accord, it lasted exactly 4 years. Or you can also go for Piaa. I used Luminics JDM yellow for 4 months, the bulbs still worked but then 1 bulb went out of brightness/color spec, they look nice but they are not quality made.

GR8TG5, what bulb you using for sidemarkers?

I'm using Polarg superwhite right now they have a slight blue tint to them, almost look purple. I hate it. I'm trying to get a pure white color just like in your first pic.

They're Piaa Extreme White bulbs, but they do have a slight bluish tint to them, but not too bad.

Unfortunately, taking pix of lights with my camera isn't the best scenario, its hard to capture the true color with out them overexposing.

Thanks for the responses, guys.

The one thing I know for sure is my silverstars died every 3 months or so. Terrible bulb life...

Foglights for 2003-2005 is H4, 2006-2007 is H1
Sidemarker is 194 for all years.

if your bulbs are going that often, you may have a problem else where. first thing that comes to mind is installation technique/contamination of the glass, and possibly over-voltage.
how often do you switch them on and off?

the silverstars in my last car didn't last as well either, but it had a bit of a funky electrical system, (usually ran 17 volts).

I keep 'em on auto - so ya, they do turn on/off quite often. I drive mostly in the city (tunnels, overpasses, etc), and it's mostly garaged. I've kept the fogs off recently b/c one was out.

I just replaced the fogs and city lights (one of each was out). PIAA Super Plasma 194s and Nokya Cosmic White H1s. I hope these work out... it's a PITA to change bulbs in this car.

I'm pretty sure my voltage is good, b/c the distro block for my amp has a voltmeter reading 12.0 and 14.4 w/the engine running. I always cover the bulbs w/a tissue or piece of paper towel while handling it, too.

Funny thing is I never had to replace a d2r or d2s bulb, though.

I had MTECs for almost two years and then switched them to PIAAs when one burned out. I've had the PIAAs for 2 1/2 years and they're on anytime my headlights are on.

The PIAAs are lasting longer but I liked the color of the MTECs better.

if you're going through bulbs that often, you are probably fouling them with oils from your skin during install. the slightest bit of contamination can cause premature failure. if you touch the glass with bare skin, wipe them off with alchohol before installation. the best thing to do is get some latex gloves on before you pull the bulbs out of the packaging. i ran silvertars in my g35 for 9 months (sold the car) and never had a problem.
