Head light housing cracked PLZ help

Head light housing cracked PLZ help

ok so i know about the whole ordeal with the fog lights cracking the head light housing but the problem im having is that the infiniti deal nor the manufacturer wants to help me with this it look terrible and my lenses are clouding up on the inside anyone know what i should do to get them to resolve this issue? errr new head lights?

How did they crack? Any pictures of the damage? Might need to just buy new headlights....

they cracked on the chrome ribbed part right infront of the HID's above the fog lights on both lights they are kinda in the shape of an S i can have pics up in a few mins

Thats odd, did you hit something? Or did they just crack on their own? If your car is still under warranty they should be able to replace the headlamps. IF its not under warranty, then I'd say just save up and get some 06 projectors.

i didnt hit anythign cuz my car is an early 03 and infiniti didnt realize the problem till later so newer models dont hace the problem and i dont like the projectors no clearance strip...

my brother in law had the same problem and the dealer had to chang them becuase they have a recall on the go to the dealer and ask them about the recall

well thats just the problem the dealer i go to wont admit that there was ever a recall on them only the 05's and up due to some adjustment issues or some B.S. and i called infiniti and they told me oh basic warranty gone too bad so sad

seems like an odd place to crack...

you can always try a salvage yard - possibly a rear-end total could be avail.

Or just to opportunity to mod - and get clear corners headlights...

Keeep fighting man...

i use my fogs all the time and dont have any cracking...

definitely a warranty on this. The heat cracks the older housings.
