ohh i have just looked at those ccfl's 12 and 4 are sizes i got it now but they look really unflexible, how can i put it to my clearance light? is it easy? do i need modifications for it or do i need to actually remove all the headlight open it and put it in?
or is it just like led bulb replacement?
same questions goes for the clear corners.
i want to match clearance and clear corners is it just plug and play?
please let me know and thanks for great help

NO, this definately is not just a plug-n-play like a 194/168 bulb swap is....i have never done the clearance strip as i have 06 headlights but i assume they will need to be baked and opened up...ccfl's will need to be plugged into a 12v inverter that is supplied than you have a + and - wire that will need to be tapped into a power source (this is easy since both the corners and the clearance strip already have wires just behind the connector of the 194-168 bulb)...the hardest part is mounting the actual ccfl and hiding the wires, for the corners i invested in some aluminum tape ...once the clear corners are opened i cut the aluminum tape the same size to cover the center hole and attach both ends of the ccfl, i also dremeled a notch in the back of the corner to run the wires through and then resealed the corner. as for connecting the wires there is a spot on the backside of the connector for the bulb that you can just plug the + and - wires into...hope this helps

if that was directed to me, i don't have clearance strips on my 06 lights but there are others who have done this...ccfl are not flexible so don't expect to be able to curve the cathode to follow the shape of the headlight...believe me they will be bright enough that it will not matter when they are turned on
