One of my high beams are not working? I changed the bulb nothing happend.

My normal lights are working. Do you think it could be the ballast?

maybe the plug isn't connected? or ballasts.. the bulb is the same for high beams and low beams.. unless you are referring to your fog light not working.

Check to make sure the plug is connected.

the high beams have nothing to do with the ballasts/bulbs. If your low beams are working, then they are not the problem. The high beam works by moving a shield in the projector out of the way to allow more light, it may have gotten stuck, or the coil may have failed.

Just take your headlights apart and play with it. The mechanism that pulls down the shield is pretty flimsy, so you might be able to get it to work if you just play around with the shield a little (maybe bend slightly). Plus this would be a good excuse to take your headlights apart to paint or mod.

If you're not comfortable with doing that, just bring it to the dealer I guess.
