Where can I get quality 8000k HIDs for my 06 headlights?

hmmmm... I dont know.

I just want brighter lights without sacrificing my electrical circuits by burning up something. So I thought or figured higher "K's" in HID's would give me just that, but I wanted to know how high I could go (ex. 5000k, 6000k, etc.) on stock 04 headlights w/HID?
