The super bright V-leds are good, i went with the polarg J 54 HID leds. but they are pretty expensive. I think they retail for $80/pair i think i paid $35 or 40. i got 3 sets though(clearence, corners, and licence plate lights. but to tell you the truth they are only a tad bit brighter than the V-led's super bright led bulbs, so id go with them

I just put this one yesterday and It was the brightest one I could put in clear stripe

http://www.v-leds.com/Shop/Control/P...30231250239252

V-LEDS HID WHITE 8 M-SMT 4W HIGH POWER BULBS 194 168 158 921 912

Part #: 194_8_HP_W
Emitting Color: White
Forward Voltage (DC): 12V
Total Luminous Intensity: 160 lm
Dominant Wavelength: White
Color Temperature: 6500K
Single LED Intensity: 1250-1600 mcd
Viewing Angle: 300
CURRENT DRAW: 4 watts

160lm with 4 watts is almost the brightest LED you can get and fits to clearance stripe

seen this on the site: "WARNING! Due to the serious output of this bulb it will get too hot if left on for long periods of time and will quickly fail. When we say High Power we mean it!"

Have any trouble yet?

Well, It's been about 5days since I put it in. and no problem yet.
I think few hours driving is not long period time but if you are worried,
you can put 80 lumen 4 SMT one, and it also fits too and they are bright too.
But when I compared those two, 160 lumen one and 80 lumen one, 160 lumen one was much better.
