06-07 Headlights on ebay... good deal??

Trying to get a pair of these for my 04 but I dont know much about them. Is this a good deal? Thanks!

most people will tell you to avoid finding projector lights on ebay because they could have been part of the recalled batch just being resold...

so how would i be able to tell if they are part of that batch? and why did they get recalled again??

I would say not such a good deal. You dont really need the ballasts and you can get used ones for around 400 shipped. I just bought some new ones that are being shipped to me that Im gonna get rid of actually cause I just bought a modded set instead. If your'e interested, send me a pm
