most people will tell you to avoid finding projector lights on ebay because they could have been part of the recalled batch just being resold...

i bought mine on ebay and i had no issues !

so how would i be able to tell if they are part of that batch? and why did they get recalled again??

I would say not such a good deal. You dont really need the ballasts and you can get used ones for around 400 shipped. I just bought some new ones that are being shipped to me that Im gonna get rid of actually cause I just bought a modded set instead. If your'e interested, send me a pm
