I had my mom's Honda Accord professionaly treated, and after, they look newer than new. It cost me $90 bucks, and took the guy over 2 hrs of buffing, and clear coating the headlights. For my G35, I keep the car in the garage and don't have any yellowing. I use Plexus for cleaning to help get rid of the haze that builds up. It works great.

Any abrasive polish will work, then seal with a wax to help keep the yellow from coming back. It's not a permanent fix, you'll need to get them recleared if you want that.
