that is the ballast, I don't even know how they wired up an h1 to the low beam or seated the bulb.I can even see the ignitor going up to the low beam bulb still. Can you post a pic of the upper cap removed?

ur right dont see an ignitor, this weird, u might have to get an ignitor to make it work like its suppose to.

nooo thats not my headlight, that is just a picture i took offline because i didnt have time to go back outside and take apart my liner and stuff, im going to double check tomarrow and let you all know

thats the lower reflector(H4 fog/high) you can see the ignitor wire along the right edge
