Which led bulbs should I use for my clearance strip?

I know what size I need to use, but Im not sure exactly what kind would fill the strip more. I know led strips do the best job, but Im just looking for a bulb to replace since it's easier. I was thinking either these:

or these:

Anyone have any experience with either? Or any other suggestions? Thanks

I take my wheels off just because you can pull the fender wall all the way down and stick it behind your rotor while you work on it.
