How about a similar setup for nismo bumpers?

 

Iv always wanted a set that mounted in the middle of the splitter on my nismo bumper but I wouldn't want to cut them

 

where do they mount to... custom brackets made? or is there something you just get self tapping screws for and go at it.

Turtle, I am not ignoring you. I have to look. It has been raining which is like a major disaster for Southern California. I have been gathering supplies for my ark. I did not install them. I know where they are installed, but I need to look at how they were placed.
