Hey is there any way that you can post a complete parts list for your dashboard, and ignition light conversion? I want to do this conversion ASAP but I want to buy the parts locally.
Thanks bro,

How did you get your mileage to show up blue? Mines dark greenish. Ill post pics later today. But it wasnt that hard of a project. Another thing is my RPM needle is a bit sticky and my gas needle is a bit off from when i started. Any advice?

I know this is an old thread, but I saw you wanting a way to diffuse the light. There's a great solution just for this purpose, if you have an old laptop or other LCD screen, just disassemble it and use the diffusing sheets and reflective backing behind the LCD display.

If you can't get a hold of a broken LCD or laptop display, you can probably get a similar effect by layering window film on top of aluminum foil and placing the LEDs along the edge instead of behind to get a similar effect.

Well I was going to sell my car and decided to keep it. Now I need to get rid of these ugly orange gauges. I want to do the film method and was looking for film. The only thing I really see is blue window tint. Is this what you recommend or am I searching for the wrong thing?
Thanks

I found film and now debating on doing red or blue. I really never saw how to do the AC display so that is what is holding me back. Can that be sanded or was that whole plastic piece replaced and how? If I go with red, can I just put the film on top of the orange?

The whole piece needs to be replaced if you go with red you'll be fine by just adding a piece of film. Good luck and post pic when you are done.
