Can you run HID on the high beam/fog light?

It's funny how you called them sh*tty after market headlights because I was actually considering to get them but not so much anymore seeing as how people don't like them lol.
Anyway, what option do I have for my '04 G35 sedan if I want to upgrade to projectors?? I really don't want to open up my headlights and retrofit projectors into it. I would like to buy it as a whole with projectors already in the headlights.

Is that an inside joke? Lol. Anyway since that is the case I might just buy after market but I'll do my best to keep the rice look of it to a minimal. I know what the OP had was a little bit too rice, I'm sure I can find something that will look OEM.

If you have 06/7 projectors then the bulb will be different then the 03-05. The 03-05 use the H4 as their high beam, which light up from the fog light area. The 06/7 use a bi-xenon bulb for low and high beam. Anyone correct me if im wrong..
The only thing I can think of is that the bulb is going bad.. idk..
And if you want an HID high beam just keep in mind that the HID takes time to fully brighten up so you wouldnt be able to flash somene if need be..
