Passanger Side Blinker... HELP!

What is up fellow G riders! I am having a problem that has been occurring for quite some time...

The front passenger blinker works when i put my turn signal, it works when i lock the car with remote alarm, but it doesn't work when i turn my headlights on >:[

The driver side one is in perfect working condition... any idea what could be causing this?

change the bulb einstien

why would it be the light bulb if it still works for the turn signal and for emergency
