The rings and the led bulbs are made to last a very long time. I've had mine installed n running for over a year with no issues. Yea they will go out eventually just like a halo on a BMW or led on Audi at some point but you can open then up and replace individually. The headlights were made with good quality imo so I think it will be awhile before I have any issues but like I said I've only had them running lil over a year

Ebay isn't bad, it's just the vendors selling crappy products. You can find plenty of used oem things on there

Has anyone done any rewiring to the ebay headlights? I was thinking about getting a set but im just not a fan of all the LED's. Could i just wire it so that the LED's only come on with a switch?

Rather than start a new thread, why does no one make aftermarket coupe tail lights (other than the custom, 'send yours away to be modified' ones)? I like my 06 tails, but I wish they had a bit more white in them to freshen things up.

I think Infiniti hit the nail on the head with the way they designed the taillights, especially the 06-07 versions. They're unique in every way, and the all-red design keeps it nice and clean. Aftermarket manufacturers probably never bothered to make anything because the stock taillights were already good enough. Anything else wouldn't look as good... even the custom one-off lights I've seen, IMO.

Don't get me wrong I really like them too (both the older and the newer tails), but on the 06 I do feel like the red is a bit too much. At least on a red car. I might go for the JDM OEM tails to get the touches or orange in there to break it up a bit.
