Headlight/Electrical Issues

Hello there, first post!
Car: 2005 Infiniti g35x
Current Problem:
My daytime running lights will work periodically. The will be on for minutes then shut off (While driving) and JUST my left highbeam will turn on. VERY WEIRD I KNOW.
This only happen during day as my auto xenon headlights are used for night time driving.

Other electrical issues that may connect:
Stereo controls on steering wheel work 1% of the time. Cruise control works 100% of the time.
Passenger front seat does not recline forwards or backwards. Switch to move chair fowards and backwards is inverted (Back= Forwards, Fowards = Back)

Trying to figure out whether its a circuit board issue, wiring issues or fuse box issue but do not have the car knowledge to tell.

Many thirteen year old vehicle parts are at or near the end of their useful life.
You can keep pouring money into a vehicle that will continue to decline in value and if you are ever in a serious accident the insurance company will not value the vehicle any higher no matter how much you recently spent for repairs.

A new vehicle comes with all new parts and a warranty with many features that you do not currently have..

Light switch problems as well as other steering wheel control problems both sort of point to a failing clock SPRING.

Seat issue may be as simple as a failed motor, unplug the harness to the motor, hook up a digital multimeter and see if you have battery voltage when the switch is operated.
