Opinions on HID fitment 9006 bulbs

Hi,
My old car had 9006 low beams, so i purchased an after market HID set. Well, I sold the car and bought a 2005 G, but I took out the HID kit from my old car before I sold it. I'd love to use it for HID fogs or something on the G. Any recomendations?

Thanks!

The G fogs use an H4 bulb, so the 9006 retrofit will not work. Your best bet is to get a new set and sell the 9006 kit.

no, your best bet is to just buy new H4 rebased HID bulbs and retrofit them to your exisiting kit to make them fit the current housing.

You're doing the same exact thing I did with my old car. Keep the ballast and igniter from you old car. Buy McCulloch D2R bulbs for your low beams, and a set of McCulloch H4 HID bulbs and you're set!

Just make sure the D2R bulbs are the same temp/color as the H4 HID bulbs. It should be a simple plug and play. As for your 9006 HID bulbs, you can try to sell them on ebay or something. 9006 bulbs are very common, so you shouldnt have too much of a problem finding someone interested. I have a feeling Integra owners would love to have them
