Here we go with people throwing out the term RICE again. 8000K isnt rice, 10-12000K is rice, and plus it's dude's car, he can do whatever he wants with it, there's no harm in giving suggestions. Plus, an 8000K HID projector is going to put out a hell of a lot more output than any halogen light on the streets.

I guess you have not seen a G with 8000K bulbs. They are more purple but not to that extent. They look very cool and still give lots of light on the ground. I think most of the cheap 6000K kits that are blueish look more rice because they look like those cheap blue bulbs...
