philips vs. visionbulbs?

philips vs. visionbulbs?
looking for some 6000k d2s bulbs for my 06 projectors.
looks like philips ultinon's are about 215/pair, visionbulbs.com has their own 6000k d2s bulbs for 109/pair. does anyone know about this company? i think they offer a 3-year warranty on their product. if it's the same quality, better warranty than most other places, and i can save over a 100 bucks...why not? anyone? thanks.
