My headlights has these dull film on them. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to make them clear again? Is anyone else having the same problems? It looks very ugly.

The easiest method is to try some 3M plastic polish. It works great for very fine scratches that tend to make the plastic look old. For my tail lights, it made them look oem factory new. The fronts tend to take more of a beating. So if the plastic polish doesn't work, you might try Mequire's #2 polish for cars. It's all the same basic stuff. Extreme measures call for using actual sand paper in various grits (ie.... 1000,2000).

Yeah use the 3M they even carry it at your Infiniti dealer for like $12 if you can't find it at wal mart or some other auto parts store.

you don't need all that fancy stuff. Just wax the headlights and it will clean them right up. Works great.

Wax won't do anything but put wax on the plastic. It might cover up some fine scratches but that's it.

the dullness has been proved to be taken away by the plastic polish. wax may make it worse maybe

My headlights were "foggy" so somebody on here suggested using car wax, and it worked just fine. Made them very clear.

Really?

I've used nothing BUT wax (Zymol, Mother's) on mine since I bought it new last FEB and I've never had an issue with clouding, yellowing, anything. They look as clean as they it came off the showroom.

A good cleaner wax like Zymol should work just fine.

I'm not saying the other stuff won't do the trick, merely observing that I've never needed to use anything different from what I use on the paint.
