How to unplug the harness to the headlights?

Dear God, you shouldn't be messing w/ you car! Put the tools down, and step back! j/k
On the plug there is a little clip, between two ridges. If you can't find it rotate the plug. You will see a tab, push on it. They pull apart. I'd post of picture but it isn't that hard.
You do have the rest of the car apart right?

You can disconnect the wire loom clip that's a few inches away from the plug to get a little more play on the passenger's side if you need to. But, I think you can reach the bottom of the plug from inside the engine bay on that side. Just use a small screwdriver (I used a stubby slotted driver) to push up on the tab that's at the bottom of the plug, and then gently pull out on the housing. Don't try to pull the plug away from the housing, just pull the housing gently away from the car while pressing that tab. Did I say gently?
