PM'd

How far up does that crack on the back of the housing go? Also, is it hazy or just a fuzzy picture?

Does the broken piece effect the light...like will rain or residue get in the headlight?? Or will condensation build up??...since I'm in Houston it rains all the time so I'm just want to make sure.

Broken piece does not effect the light. Light still works perfectly fine. I'd recommend covering the hole up with some electrical tape just to make sure no water or residue gets inside.
