Hi all, I have a 2008 G35 Journey with the 18" sport rims. Unfortunately my front bumper got wrecked and I need to get a new one. I'd love to get a cooler front bumper than the stock one so was wondering if you guys have recommendations. I'm only looking to replace the front bumper, not the side skirts or rear bumper, so ideally whatever new bumper I get still fits well with the rest of the stock car.

A few other questions:
1) Will the sport bumper fit this car and where would I actually buy one? I only see replacements for the non-sport model front bumpers online

2) Has anyone had any experience with the duraflex fiberglass bumpers? e.g. http://www.duraflexbodykits.com/2007...-p-373862.html

3) I saw this cool one on the forums from a few years ago. Is it still available online somewhere? https://g35driver.com/forums/group-b...ip-frp-cf.html

4) Should I just get the OEM bumper and put a lip on it? E.g. https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sed...rt-bumper.html. Again, having trouble finding this online as well.

I have seen sport bumpers on ebay, also dealerships have them. If you look in the classified here you can find one possibly. How badly is your current bumper messed up, you could potentially graph another bumper on it.

I did a search and had a list let me see if I can find it for you.

 

I'm also pretty interested in this because my journey bumper is in mediocre at best shape now. A million rock chips (less than 100K miles but still..), and two holes where the idiot dealership must have drilled the license plate through are making me itch for a sport bumper instead.
