Omg.. I haven't even been driving my car since I got my rims and for some reason I got a bubble on one the front tires?!? WTH? Didn't even hit a pot hole or anything.
What's the correct PSI I'm suppose to run on stretch tires (9.5" 225/35)? They say 40. But I don't understand how I got that bubble.

May just be a tire defect, but they will blame it on your driving and stretch.
I had some BFG KDW - 275 on a 10.5, so a normal fit and BOTH the rear side walls bubbled.
225/35 isn't too bad. I have 225/35 on a 10 and run 45. I would think 40 for your fitment would be fine.

Some cheap *** Mexican shop tire that cost 80 bucks... Came with the rims -_-"
The back tires are good, it's just that one front... What's a good company I should switch over to fellas? Something not crazy in price but not stupid cheap. Obviously something reliable.

I had 39 in mine and thought it was way too much, usually around 37 or so

I also fill my tires with helium to cut down on weight. Best bang for your buck IMO .
