Also, I agree with everyone else that your car looks a lot better with OEM hood.

ChargeSpeed rear. I wanted the Strafe one with the vents. There was a member from Dallas selling one and I wanted to pick it up, but he sold it before I could hop onto the deal. So I just settled for the ChargeSpeed. I'll really look like everyone else on the forum now, but I don't care. It is my car.
I knew your Romanian a$$ would chime in eventually.

Thanks for the nice words, Rob, and I agree with you. I do love the HD hood, I just wish HD would put out a better product. Top of that, it doesn't seem like a lot of members are informed about how crappy their fiberglass really is. I can post pictures of how my hood bends as a request, if anyone wants to see it.
please do! i had never heard bad things about their glass. the only thing that worried me was the fg rippling. i saw 2 in person and they were terrible. back when i wanted one, i was going to order the cf just b/c i figured it would be of better quality.

As requested. Here they are. I will go onto say that I am not discouraging others from buying HD products. If you don't care about the quality, feel free to buy. I'm sure it will not stop others from purchasing. I just feel that others need to be informed about what their products really are. Don't get me wrong, I still love my HD hood. I just don't love the quality. I also cannot speak for their CF parts though. I have no experience with their CF parts.
I will also add that I do not know a whole lot about molds or how the resin is supposed to be laid. But I've delt with other fiberglass pieces before and NONE of them bent like this. My 05 Civic's body kit was more durable then this.

When that happens, the hood will probably just go on if I go to meets or shows and stuff like that. I'll rock my OEM hood as a daily thing.

Patman is lucky that he doesn't daily his car. Originally, he had told me about the quality of it but had stated that it doesn't bother him since he doesn't drive his car every day.
I don't have that luxury.
Wow . . . that's all bad, kon! It's a shame that Hiccup Dori didn't make a higher quality, better fitting product, because they sure got it right with the designs. But by not getting their products to have proper fitment or even be sturdy, it renders the (good) looks, pointless.
Good idea! I'll do that to keep my custom VQ cool.
