Well, I just got some early birthday presents in the mail the other day. My wheels came in. Nothing special, just some Volk GTS in Mercury Silver.

19x8.5 +11 offset in the front
19x10.5 +18 offset in the rear



Plus I got my wheels in some Toyo Proxes T1-Rs

245/35R19 and 285/35R19



My Tein 350Z H-Techs also came in.



I've already prepared to put my TPMS sensors on these wheels. I have the set up in place. I just need to find the time to get them off my old wheels and the I can have the new ones mounted and balanced. I also need to find someone to roll my fenders. I think I've found someone here in San Antonio that will do it for about $80 to $100 for both rears. If anyone in San Antonio knows of anyone that has the tool and will do it cheaper, please let me know. Also if you know a good reputable place that will mount and balance let me know also. I'm having trouble finding someplace I trust to do the work. Well hopefully I can find a place to get the mount and balance and fender rolling done soon and I get them on the car. I take some more pics when I have the set up complete.

Those are some sweet wheels! You must post pics once they are installed....are you using 300s in the rear?

I mean nothing special in that a lot of people already have them. I love the wheels. I'm only putting a 285 in the rear. I'll probably move up to something bigger when I put more horsepower in it.

I think I will be going with Toyo Proxes as well.....245 in the front 275 in the rears (8.5" and 9.5" width wheels).

yea i wanna see how it looks as well. I didn't know u had to roll the fenders to put different size tires on.

 

Do you mean the bump stop where the rear springs sit?

 

It was about $2399 for the wheels and something like $875.00 for the wheels. I just need to get them mounted and balanced now.

 

Well, I do have to roll the fender because I'm putting the Tein lowing springs with a 10.5" wide rear wheel. The would would be hitting the rear wheel everytime I hit a bump if I didn't roll them.

why'd you get an 8.5 for the front and not a 9.5? A 2 inch difference is quite significant IMO

 

I didn't like how far the 9.5 stuck out past the front lip of the car. I don't think it looks that good. I've seen a few other cars with the 8.5 front and 10.5 rear and they looked fine. We'll just have to see. And when you really think about it, it's more like an inch on each on the inner and outer sides of wheel, so it isn't that noticable.
