No, not polished. It's machined, so more of a brushed/satin look. The protective clearcoat on top is what gives it the shine/pop.

Got them brand spanking new, direct from DPE. Offsets aren't bad. Fronts fit great, yet still allow you to run a 255/35/19, as it is right now. Currently rears are 275/35/19, but there's room to go wider...could use a small 10mm spacer though.
