Thanks. I used the flat black, and I did sand and then primer them with adhesion promoter to make sure everything would stick. As far as the number of coats just make sure everything is well covered and you should be fine. I think it was two coats of each.

I didn't use anything., Just reheated things and put them back together. If you want to use something, reseal them with silicone.

That's interesting. When I opened my lights I resealed with some kind of rubber sealant just to be safe. I still get a little condensation in one light and it happens so randomly. I reopened it and did it over with the same problem. Since you guys didn't use anything I think I'm going to just buy some extra c-clamps and see if I can just leave pressure on the lights for a few hours. Maybe that'll make my seal tighter.

i have yet to see any condensation, I heated the oven to like 300 then turned it off, and put the lights in there for 10 minutes...then snaped everything shut and screwed the screw..and put them back in for about 8 minutes.
