Yea did you call insurance or anything?

And why was a 15 yr old kid driving by himself? I realize it's different in staers, but don't you at least have to have a permit till your 16? In PA, you can't even get a permit till your 16.

and for driving age its different in every state
16 for cali, 18 for NY, its even 14 in places like Montana i heard

its different everywhere but i would imagine WA having an at least 16 age limit

The kid was pretty much speechless and looked like he saw a ghost and was going to poop his pants.

I called the cops immediately but when the officer returned my call he said that they do zero when it comes to accidents on private property and that it is up to both parties to exchange information and call their insurance companies.

I was definitely not moving for at least 10 seconds while he was coming at me. Just chillin waiting for him to go by.

Ill be contacting my insurance tomorrow morning. As for the driving age thing, without going into detail, I think he was just moving the car for his mom or something. It is 16 in WA. I didn't get the impression when I spoke to his parents that they let him drive alone at all. His parents were very apologetic and seemed to really want to work with me to get this resolved. I agree a written statement could be of benefit to me however. I will try to get one tomorrow.

Im just sad that I can't be driving it around now... the weather got all nice today lol

Oh and regarding all the posts about being pissed off or beating the kid up... lol I am 21 and this is the 6th accident I have been in. Thus far, 0 have been my fault. So I am kinda used to this I guess, after it happened I was just "already over it".

It obviously upset me very much to have my pride and joy G get assaulted like that... but having been in so many accidents already I have the mentality that cars can be fixed but people can't.... so I was pretty much just like "damnit I am gonna be late to the party now" lol.

That was the tow truck guy and he is wearing gloves... lol i noticed the same thing myself about the picture it looks weird.

I thought I was going to need the truck to yank my rear end over to be able to back out but in my stupidity and being caught up in the moment I ignored the fact that I could just turn the wheel all the way to the left and back out ... he informed me of this, lol
