no - 05 does not have bluetooth. key differences between 05 and 06/07 models:

Bluetooth (w/ Prem Package)
New Taillights
New Headlights (Projectors)
New Spoiler (w/ Aero Package or optional)
New Front Lip (w/ Sport Package)
Intelligent Key (w/ Prem Package)
Drivers seat and steering wheel memory (w/ Prem Package)
Active Rear-Steer System (versus Passive - w/ Sport Package)

you have a few options for iPhone/iPod integration:
1. Nissan factory kit
2. USA Spec
3. PAC AAI-NIS2

all work the same no matter what year you have. i've discussed them all in the link you can find here as well as how i integrated mine using the PAC option.
