whats your budget?
if your on a budget get springs
most ppl like the 350z Tein Htechs for a mild drop
if you want a lower drop then the Htechs get the
350z Stechs.

if you want to adjust your height whenver you want
purchase coilovers

springs are your best bet unless you find some coilovers cheap in the marketplace. Good luck, if you drop more than an inch i highly recommend buying front a arms and rear camber arms with toe bolts like SPC

I'm dropped on G35 eibach pro-kit springs and I scrape on certain driveways and dips in parking lots, cought the muffler-back exhaust flange on a speed bump one time... watch out for that, haha

I'm dropped on 350z H-techs, give it a nice mild drop, not too low but noticeable. I havnt scrapped yet but the ride quality is as good as OEM. Front will go down to about 1.1" and rear like .8" so its like a 1" drop all around.

I'd check the marketplace for used springs and rear camber kit. You're going to be spending around $600 just for springs/camber kit/alignment/installation unless you do it yourself

Cheapest way is prolly to do the rears yourself because its so simple, and then pay a shop to do the fronts. I used a cheap spring compressor from pep boys to do my fronts and it was scary.
