is this for real?
so you think not only can you "feel" 5mm of height difference when getting out of a car you also gained 15hp from a synthetic oil?
You do know that these cars come with synthetic oil in them from the factory right? At least that's what they put in the car at my dealership.
I have 18x9 front and 18x10 rear. 245/45 front and 305/35 rear. The fronts are stretched enough on mine that i woudn't go any skinnier. You have 225's on them and you want to try to get a 205 on a 9" wide rim? Then you are going to "drift" it and stress the sidewall and hope that it doesn't break the bead?
Oh ya, just fyi, you have to disable the abs if you're going to do any real drifting because our cars will lock up the wheels if you push on the brake when the rear is spinnging (yes, even with VDC off). So i doubt you're really "drifting" since we know you aren't using the rear brake.

Not only do I notice the ride height difference while driving, my undercarriage notices it as well.

How is it more than that? You increase the width 10mm over stock, the increase in height is 40% of the increase in width=4mm sidewall increase. Did you run that exact rear size with a 225/40/19 on the front so that you can attribute the oversteer to the increased tire height and not the increase in width on the front?

I know my car didn't have synthetic when I got it. Because of the gains from changing it to synthetic. That's the only time I've changed the oil in the car. After the oil change, yes just an oil change, the gains were huge. Do you think oil has no part in the amount of power the engine can put out?

I know about oil and there is no oil in the world htat will just instantly add 15hp to your engine. Well, i guess if you had sand in your previous oil then ya, it might, but other than that, no.
Have you even seen a dyno in person?
