plenum is not a company. it's the top of the intake manifold on the engine. get a motordyne (MD) 5/16 spacer. get the iso thermal if you live in a cold climate. get an exhaust for sound, coilovers/camber kits for a drop, and some rims, and you should be set for a while =D. intakes dont add horsepower, just a little bit of sound, and exhausts don't add much either

Hey nice ride I got a 04 6mt g35 sport with brembo. Had it about 6 months now and finally started fixing it up. Just got 15% tint and 20" black rims and a black grill. Get some pics up when u have some time! I love my g. But lambo doors are nice on some cars but a G is not a civic or cobalt keep it classy with nice big lip rims and front kit with mayb a turbo for some fun and carbon fiber hoods are nice. Hope u enjoy ur car as much as I have mine! Next on my list of mods is a paint job. Welcome to the forum!! Hit me up anytime!!

Then do yourself a favor and put 4 more weeks of your money into new tires. Nexen NX3000's are probably the worst tire I've had the opportunity to test.

Zero wet traction. I spun all the way through first, second and halfway through third when it is dry.

Just get new tires and keep her straight. Everything else you want to do to your car is your call, congratulations.

ive got the n3000 on my 19s and i havent had one single issue with them. treadwear is great. dry traction is great, wet traction i havent experienced any issues and believe me, we had a ton of rain here in jersey this year. they balance out perfect every time, no punctures or dryrotting yet. mabye you had a bad set or just didnt allow enough time to wear the release mold off them which caused them to slip?

You may be quite possibly right. But I drive it hard, which is most likely how a high-schooler will do when they have a car like this. So my suggestion is to get tires that can at least withstand a lead foot beating and still retain an acceptable threshold of grip.

HAHAHAHA this was funny.
"I drive it hard, which is most likely how a high-schooler will do when they have a car like this."

Your right though, in wet weather I could spin the tires all the way through first, into second and third... But on dry they seem nice. I am looking at Maxxis tires, really like them always used them for bikes and motor bikes.. heard they are great car tires to.

But I am buying winter tires soon so the N3000's will not be any issue for a while.

what does everyone think of Chips? Just went to two auto shops and both said they are great.. and I was recommended Borla for an exhaust.. I like the B&B system's sound and wanted some other opinions.

Scissor doors are not stealthy. My first car was also my g(although i got it when I was 16) and I can admit I considered lambo doors but as soon I looked through the forums, i realized it didnt look good. My first mods were exhaust+spacer+ztube/pop charger. Then worked for like 6 months and got my t1s's, stechs/camber kit, and recently got projectors and an emblemless grille. GL with everything!

Don't listen to these people.... scissor doors are awesome! Not many people have them cuz they aren't baller enough. I wish I could afford them, but maybe some day, cuz I keep on banging my doors on stuff.

They're just jealous cuz they didn't have the cash or ***** to get sissor doors!

When you come out and the doors go up! Boom goes the dynamite! Everyone checks its out!

Good luck and have fun cuz it's your ride not anyone elses!
