i think in black would look better. For some reason it reminds me of the 3 piece billet grilles because it matches the intercoolers.

Going at least 1 or 2 shades darker will give you the contrast needed but still tie in to the body color.
The JDM grill that I had in my '04 DG sedan was like that & I loved the look.
I might try the same thing with my 08.

Nope. +1 on black. Colormatching too much turns a car ricey, imo.
