i've had it for a while now...i like it because it has the ability for expansion...be it FI or dual throttle bodies, etc. i'm building another engine right now...8.5:1 4.3L stoker on high boost...

btw...haven't dynoed it...

but I think it could be doing more harm than good.


Cuz it's aluminium and all I think it gathers all the heat from the engine bay and dumps it into the engine.

Not a very successful setup IMO, but you never know unless it's tested.

 

the guy who had my car before had it made by Full Race...Based on the company, it probably wasn't cheap. I haven't heard of any more in existance...so there's the cool factor. as far as gains, i don't know...haven't dynoed it. it does have better throttle response though.

I put it back on my stock engine because i like it cosmetically...as far as a performer, well, i'm working on a different engine for that.
