Stillen headers

Just installed some stillen headers and there is a leak. Called stillen and they sent another driver side header out. It got reinstalled and once again there is a sputtering leak somewhere even though the gaskets were replaced both times. Anyone have any suggestion?

I heard the leak as soon as I put the petal to the metal. Infiniti said it could also be an uneven flange and that I might need to resurface it or I might need to purchase the Infiniti gasket which is made out of full metal not composites.
