my nismo =)

so i got to work and was about to get started on the first car until i was told i had a package in the parts dept.
this is what i got....lots o cardbored

opened up to reveal what mr.dustin has sent my way

got the 2 top holes drilled and the 4 holes for the fender mounting done.
overall finish looks good minus a couple spots that need a lil sanding down on the lip area. otherwise, just needs some finishing touches and paint

driver fender fits good, slight gap which i'll obv take care of.

passenger side feels just a hair snug, has more gap but thats cuz the plastic dooder that the screw goes in is stripped out so i'll put some new thingys in.

drove home with it on. tomorrow i'll cut out the slots for the grill and then for the marker lights.

now i gotta figure out what imma do as far as the splash shield since there is a couple inches of gap. so for now this is my custom hanger to keep the splash shield up and flop-free

to be continued....

I remember when i had my nismo I had the same issue. I just drilled the bottom nismo flap and zip tie them to the oem undertray.

i just got my Nismo too. Waiting till spring to drill/paint it, but i wasn't aware of the splash shield issue. Why don't they just extend the bottom part of the Nismo bumper so it reaches far enough.

OP, you have to pull the bumper back to make the undertray fit.

If you look at the profile of the bumper right now, you can tell that the lower part sticks out like Jay Leno's chin.

I had to do the same with my poly Nismo
