Ya if my car was still dg then I would have done a nice blue powdercoat on the akebonos, I had thought about doing blue on them at first but decided the yellow would pop more and have a nicer contrast with the Isf blue

Yea looks real good i like the yellow! I was thinking about doing yellow like a porsche but i like the anodized blue look just the darker blue or polished calipers like strafes purple g.

went out shooting some pics of the car earlier this morning, got a couple good ones

and then 30 minutes later on my way to the next spot, a guy in an f150 super duty got tired of waiting behind the car infront of him and never saw me coming and accelerated and changed lanes right into the side of my car.. messed up the front bumper, fender, headlight, drivers door, rear quarter panel and curb rashed the front drivers wheel as well as both of the passenger side wheels after hitting me hard enough to knock me up over the curb and into the grass, thank goodness for the akebonos or else it could have been a lot worse than it really was

idk about the brembos, but they definitely stopped on a dime and kept that bigass f150 from going all the way down the car earlier and kept me from getting smashed up even worse. i know if i had my stock brakes on still i probably wouldnt have been able to get my drivers door open bc it would have been smashed shut, so needless to say glad that i had them on the car

Aww man thats a bummer. Yeah it's weird having a rental car, I drove around a Corolla S when I got hit and I was convinced I was driving a road-boat
