Hey guys I am about to pick up a set of EVO X MR BBS Wheels

They are 18x8.5 +38 all around.

first and foremost is anyone running these? I would love to see them on a G35.

Second, this is almost width / offset is almost identical to the 19" RAYS rear width and offset which is 19x8.5+35.

So I'm not worried about the rear, because it's a difference of 3mm in the back. But will I have trouble in the front? Do I NEED spacers right off the bat? What spacers would I need to no look sunken, 25 all around?

Lastly the guy removed the wheel weights, this shouldn't be a problem right?
