Dear Sir,

Honestly, none of us mean any true harm. Some people might dislike the stuff for a reason, some people may jump the bandwagon, and some of us are fine with it. But even the haters don't hate you per se. Like others have said, if you're happy with the outcome, then that's all that matters. I'm hesitant to post a lot of my things as well; I'm not sure if I can handle too much criticism, haha. We have no idea what the the Asanti 20's looked like before the PlastiDip, so we can't really judge whether or not the decision to dip was a good one or not. A lot of people use PlastiDip; no sweat, man. A lot of people are just having some fun poking at ya. Personally, I'm laughing a lot, but I'm a comical guy. I'm not laughing at you at all; The simple idea of putting black tape in a crisscross pattern is just funny, whether it was related to this topic or not. The picture responding to the typo'd "Asanti" was funny, regardless of the plastidip. I understand how frustrating it can be right now to put up with all of these comments, but just understand that there are probably a large amount of people here who think it looks just fine, but would rather not post after reading some of the pokes and taunts.

'sall good, my friend.

Just kidding. I'm not hating. The wheels do look better, but I don't know how they looked before soooo

ahahaha now this i see the humor in!!!

thatonedude- we really arent mad at the negative comments we really r just curiuos y there is such a large amount of people that dont think this should be used on cars! if anyone can show me a removable paint solution then i woulda definently used that before this, we DONT think this is a good replacement for paint, its an easy cheaper looking way to make ur wheels black and if u like em u keep em if u dont u rip it off like the 11 year old did!

the wheels before were pretty much the same color as the car with a chrome lip, the chrome was chipping off and there was a LOT of curb rash on the front wheels and some on the back! now if u look at the close ups u can see no sign of any of this!

This is why I dislike plasti-dip for cars. It works great on my tools, I haven't lost grip. But that is what it is designed for. I didn't put it on my tools to look pretty.

What I dislike about it is that people are using as if it were actually paint, and its not. Don't take it like I'm attacking you, I'm not. I just dislike the stuff being used as a substitute for automotive paint, that's all.

Plus, I also dislike all-black wheels unless you have some sort of BBK behind it.
