Should slap some black paint and clear over that plasti-dip and it would look a lot better I think.

I had some horrible rash from previous owner on my stock 18s and plasti-dip/paint/clear actually covered it up very nicely. When the wheels were silver you could easily spot the rash, when painted black you'd have to go right up to it to notice. Works well till I can afford some new shoes.

How did you plasti dip the letters? Did you debadge them first? Or did you just tape around it and spray?

So do the haters of 'Plastidip' also hate Matte Black? The appearance is similar and the finish is exact.

The reason I liked 'plastidip' was its ease of use. So what it was meant for re-gripping tools? Not everything is used accordingly.

It is easy to apply, it is easy to paint and it is extremely cheap.

Haters gon' hate but give it a rest ya lil snobs.
