Quote: So after talking to Cam about that GTR exhaust we found out itll be more work than its worth, so I just bough some X02 exhaust. He also said he should be able to knock this out in 2 days starting next tuesday. Get it tuned and get it out to hawaii for me.

Lol you spent $9400 on a standard FI build? Please tell me some kind of work is being done on the block or is this just bolt on and go?

$10K is not "expensive" for any turbo build when considering the supporting mods required.

Did I miss the part where the twins were actually installed? I've seen the suicidal tire alignment, window motor install, used aps kit that spools completely at like 2400rpm according to the seller, a cheap replica exhaust sitting next to the car. Unpainted body parts... I haven't seen any turbo install or supporting mods- tuning...

I don't know man... There is an FI triangle of cheap- reliable- fast. You can only pick one and I think I know which one you picked.

I could very easily be overlooking something- I'm not a car guy... But I'm getting the impression you're basically just funneling money into a dumpster.

At least for now I still have two going for me, although it has only been a year. We'll see...

Update?

Banging it off in two days is starting to look less likely...

Haha is it just me or are your upgrades to your bumpers and side skirt still unpainted?
