My point then (and now), as I can see it dug deep into your sensitive side, is that you said 2 days a month ago. That's it, that's all.

As for the rest of it- I know I've come off as a ***** and that's true to a point... I maintain some level of annoyance at the fact that you can take something like tires on a daily driven G35 and compare them to something used on a track in a straight line... then think it's either safe or practical... I take the fall for giving a crap about that- it's your car... do what you want with it. I'm intrigued to see how many other similarities you're going to draw from quarter mile / eighth mile drag strips during your tenure in the DD FI world.

I also think it's ironic how you haven't even driven the car and yet you're trying to rub stuff in my face. The guy threw the kit on there really quick- but that's a credit to him... not you. It's actually pretty impressive- He can rub it in my face all day long... You're a spectator here- as was / am I... so we're equally entitled to an opinion on this matter.

I actually DO hope this is one of those awesome success stories where a guy gets a used kit, has someone he trusts build it... and takes delivery of it and it is all you hoped for. And, when your build turns out to be reliable and stable and affordable, believe me... I'll eat all my words and doubt with relish.

 

Well my turbo's have been hooked up and running for a few weeks, I just forgot to post the video.

There was an exhaust leak at the time of this video.



Just got a txt that the OEM 02 sensor wiring was ripped out, because of the car being to low lol. Im just on springs that crazy.

 

My car is on its way to Hawaii, I should have it here no later then Feb 14th. Ill be sure to take more pics and videos.

LOL Im gonna rattle can the car with finger paint. 9 more days and Ill have it. Time cant go fast enough.

So id like to give you an update on my car, I havent posted because I was trying to get a resloution by the installer, and have yet to see anything. Obviously he doesnt care after 5 months he has yet to do anything. Also he somehow conviced 2 others to do turbo intsalls. None of there cars were done right, and they arent very happy either.

I recived my car on Feb 14th and enjoyed it for about 6 days until the IC pipe kept blowing off and wouldnt stay on I was lost and unsure what to do, so after a while I finnaly found someone that could un F my car.

I made this video and then took a while to post it, this is its current state.

Rememeber all the exhaust leaks I heard well heres why. I thought he was a friend of mine trusted him with my car. I also found out and saw pics posted of him doing 160 on someone elses page, he never told me directly. Drove my car well past where he lived on several times. I also was told by 2 people that he was out at Hard Times out drinking. His side of the story some girl tried to steal my car. I didnt belive the girls side. She said they said they were in the car and moved it so he didnt go out drunk driving. I didnt want to belive it, but after getting my car, and seing what he did, I started adding things up.


Waiting on the turbos to get back from rebuild now.

Either way- I hope that "ffrpwner" gets the bans for what he's done to you and evidently others. Not sure it'll matter, but it's certainly one less hack to worry about in here for guys in that region.

 

The funny thing is none of the "cheap stuff" isn't working ie the exhaust, and camber arms. I was lied too about everything. He took forever to send me the parts I needed like my filter. Intake tube for the filter and my rare jdm cover which is scratched up to hell. Oh and my uprev cable. He had the nerve to tell me do you know how much bit cost to send that stuff to Hawaii. Guess me spending about another $2,000 ain't nothing compared to shipping a box of parts.

 

Well, after taking out the motor, I also discoverd that the clutch was barely torqued down. I had stock plugs that were in the motor from God knows how long. I got my turbos back from www.turbolabofamerica.com. They are fine. I also purchased a set of Arias extreme duty pistons and Corillo H beam rods. Tearing down the block now. The front crank pulley wont come off by hand. Need to bust the air tools out, but he broke his impact wrench. Now Im really going to have to check everything on this car to make sure I wont die becuase of him. Going to upgrade to a Walbaro 485 pump, and run a return fuel system. Had to make my own exhaust manifolds out of Schecdule 40 pipe and bought some flanges from mazworx. HR studs and Hr Gaskets, and Im going to shoot for low 500's but anything is better then what I recived.


Gotta love 10:1 AFR and 7-8 psi at the same time, prolly due to the one plug that was covered in oil and doubt fired since I got the car.

Its not over for him, I just hope he knows that. Justice will be served.......... Legally. :-)
