love the direction that you are modding your car, but there's a few things I would suggest.
1. Love the wheels and the drop, you need probably 10mm in the back and 5mm in the front for wheel spacers in order to sit flush, and roll your fenders because at that height and that offset it would definitely rub

2. please sell your ebay headlights and pick up a genuine set of 06-07 headlights.

3. try to get some oem mud guards and sport sides to finish off the look

nice ride bro

The ebay lights HAVE to go. It makes the entire car look cheap. Like, even if the wheels were legit, I'd assume they weren't because of the lights. Other than that, the car is clean.

If you're not going for a hellaflush look, then I wouldn't get spacers. I think it'll look better, but you're gonna have to do what grannyshifter said and get the fenders rolled to do that. If you don't live in a stance friendly area (meaning there's a lot of slammed and flushed cars) then you probably won't have access to a fender roller guy and then you gotta go to a body shop who will rape you. So, your call. Car looks good tho.

looking good. Could use some spacers and splash guards, otherwise you are on the right track.

I'll echo the thoughts of most here; the car is clean largely. The wheels are great. The headlights are the only weak spot. I wish there were some feasible aftermarket options for headlights, but the ones you have on the car are sadly on the not so clean side. Ditch them if you can- OEM lights are currently the best option for our cars.

Yeah I do see all of your points, on how the bright chrome housing and LED can make it look cheap. This was pretty much a forced buy as my RHS OEM headlight is gone, the housing colour is faded and the clear cover is all cloudy and yellow. I tried to restore it, but it was far too gone and so I had to replace them. I got a quote from the Stealership for about $500 and close to $1k for the pair. Also most, if not all of the used G35/V35 headlights seem to have to same problem, but mine was by far the worse all of them. So these headlights came up in a group buy for the pair from Japan, so I thought might as well. Mind you here in Australia we don't have much option as the market overseas and the headlight have to be for RHD to be compliant. I'll keep them on until I find something and surprisingly these headlights actually draw a lot of attention to be honest. I don't know if it's breaking necks cause it's bad or good, LOL!

The wheels will be gone and for sale, as I got my rear guards rolled and I'm putting on some Work Emotion CR Ultimate and it should be flush.
